My rates are flat and easy
to understand:
$15.75 per hour session per
person
$12.50 per 1/2 hour or less
Written Programs only: 3-4 week periods - $15.00 Ea.
Scheduled Consultations (showing and/or demonstrating exercises, formal
meetings) - $12.50
Training out of immediate Sioux City area is extra (Mileage)
Explanations:
Session = Each meeting with client resulting in physical activity (teaching, training, physical assessments, hands-on, etc.)
Written Programs (only) = Programs written and revised without sessions (3-4 weeks at a time), written for the client to follow solo.
Scheduled Consultations (only) = Showing exercises or routines, or a formal meeting setup from client to discuss any matters of fitness.
How it works:
-Initial consultation is FREE (questionnaires and history. Must have the general and medical history before continuing). It’s all about you.
-1st session consists of measurements and strength/endurance evaluations (1 hr session fee). Also included is the BMI and BMR, caloric guidelines, etc. This session should be repeated after every 3-4 weeks for continuing fitness.
-2nd session consists of starting and showing exercises of new program (the program is included free with the session). This session is very important. Programs are written for 3-4 weeks at a time.
-More sessions are scheduled as determined by the client and trainer

Also…
Clients must sign a waiver if they do not want the health and strength test (this sometimes applies to a client who just wants a program written and nothing else).
After initial
consultation, if the client just wants a program written without sessions, then
the program is written and the client is charged the program fee. Once again, the programs are written for 3-4
weeks at a time. Any changes or demonstrations will require the consultation
fee.
After 3-4 weeks (whatever is set), it is recommended that the client be
evaluated again (repeat of 1st session) and the program be revised
to suit the clients progress and continued fitness goals.
For out of the Sioux City area, an extra fee for mileage will be added to the fee. This fee will be .50 per mile.
Exercise/Aerobic/Strength and Conditioning classes will be scheduled and rates applied as they become available.
